How to book a Zoom Meeting?
We use OW2 Zoom web conferencing account up to 100 remote attendees. Only one zoom meeting can take place at a given time. Booked slots for remote meetings are visible (in grey) in the Calendar.
Please ask mo@ow2.org to schedule a new remote meeting in a free slot, specifying its date, frequency and duration.
Please, allow 30 minutes free after the previous meeting and 30 minutes free before the next booked slot.
